How to keep track of product inventory

Getaccess to a range of product management tools, including inventory tracking.

After adding your products, you can use the Stock Taking and New Inventory options to keep track of your inventory as it changes and updates.

Open the Commander web app or iPad app. Tap the Products tab.

From the Products tab, select Stock Taking or New Inventory, depending on how you need to update your inventory.

When taking a regular count or audit of your current inventory on hand, you will use the Stock Taking feature to make changes to your inventory totals. You will be able to add your Actual Inventory totals and review the differences, as well as shrinkage percentage. Hit "Save" to apply your data.


When updating your inventory from new shipments and deliveries, you will use the New Inventory feature to make changes to your inventory totals. Hit "Save" to apply your data.
