Flat-Rate Processing, Transparent Statements

No tiered pricing. No volume thresholds that quietly raise your rate. No hardware surcharges. No undisclosed assessment fees layered into the per-transaction cost.

Every Card, Every Wallet, Every Way

In-shop, online, walk-in, prepay - if a client wants to pay, SQUIRE accepts it. Contactless, Apple and Google Pay, Online and all major credit cards.

Clients who book online can pre-pay at the time of booking, with the deposit applied to the final ticket. Walk-ins are charged at the register through the SQUIRE POS. The same payment infrastructure runs every channel, so your statements consolidate cleanly regardless of where the transaction started.

For details on the register surface itself, see the barbershop POS page.

Payouts That Move at Your Speed

Standard payouts land in your bank account the next business day. No five-day holds. No "pending review" delays on legitimate transactions.

For shops that need money faster, Rapid Transfer pushes funds to your debit card within 30 minutes for a small per-transfer fee. Use it when a vendor needs to be paid, when payroll runs short, or when you just want today's revenue in your account today.

For barbers, payouts work two ways. Commission shops use Auto Payout, which splits each transaction at the percentages you set and routes barber earnings to their own accounts on the schedule you choose. Booth-rent shops route each barber's earnings to their own bank account directly, with rent collected through Rent Collect from the same transaction stream.

Money moves on your schedule, not the processor's.

Secure by Default

Payment processing runs on Stripe infrastructure. That means PCI DSS Level 1 compliance (the highest tier), end-to-end encryption on every transaction, tokenization of stored card data, and the same security posture used by some of the largest software platforms in the world.

You don't need to manage PCI compliance yourself. SQUIRE handles it. You don't store card numbers on your tablet or your phone. The card data never lives on your hardware. If a card is on file for a client, what's stored is a token, not the card number.

Disputes and chargebacks route through SQUIRE's payments team. If a client disputes a transaction, you get notified, evidence is submitted on your behalf, and the resolution comes back through Stripe's protocols.
