‍Content Guidelines   

Squire Technologies, Inc. (“Squire,” “we”, “us”, “our”) allows you (“Client”) to submit reviews using the Squire Platform after receiving services from barbers, hair stylists and other professionals who subscribe to the Squire Services (“Squire Platform Shops”).  This is an open forum to provide your rating of services provided.  We know not everyone’s experience or expectation is the same, but we request that you respect one another when rendering a review. These Content Guidelines (“Content Guidelines”) will help you know what is appropriate and inappropriate within this forum. We require your review and adherence to the following:

I. APPLICABLE CONTENT. 

We want to assure that your content and/or comments are appropriate to this forum. Please refrain from; rants political or otherwise in nature, and extensive uncommon circumstances not related to the services rendered by the provider.

II. PROHIBITED CONTENT. 

Using passionate language to describe the services or an employee at a Squire Platform Shop is fine, but offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, misrepresentations, bigoted and hate speech are not allowed. Reviews with the sole purpose of disparaging Squire, Squire Services, other users and/or businesses not related to this forum are not allowed.  ‍

III. BIASED OR PAID REVIEWS. 

Reviews of Squire Platform Shops should be unbiased and not paid for. We want to maintain the integrity of this forum with honest unsolicited consumer reviews.  

‍IV. PRIVACY.

Squire may utilize third parties to maintain or supervise the content left on the Squire Platform. Reviews shared on the Squire Platform may use your name, alias, social media handle, and or image or likeness when you add your picture to your profile. This information will appear publicly. You may delete your profile and/or review any information at any time. No photos or personal information (e.g. full name, email, address and phone number) of persons should be posted here without their consent. Full name is allowed only if that person consents, or if that person is an influencer or public figure. No posting of minors unless you are the parent of that minor.  Please reach out to [email protected] with questions on how to manage your profile and reviews.‍

V. SOLICITATION MATERIAL.

The comments provided in this forum are for the sole purpose of consumer ratings and reviews of the Squire Platform Shops.  No promotional material of products or services unrelated to Squire or the Squire Platform Shops are allowed. 

VI. MISREPRESENTATIONS & ACCURACY

Misrepresentations of the services provided by a Squire Platform Shop, false claims, incorrect and factually inaccurate statements are a violation of these guidelines. 

VII. ORIGINAL CONTENT ONLY 

We allow for your content only. We do not allow for material taken from other sites, published works, patented, copyrighted or trademarked material, impersonation of public individuals, fake reviews or content used without permission. No posting of trade secrets and/or confidential or proprietary information. By submitting a review on the Squire Platform you hereby grant Squire a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display and make derivative works of such content in connection with the Squire Services and any services or products affiliated with the Squire Services, regardless of the form of media used or of whether such services or products now exist or are developed in the future.

‍VIII. COMMUNITY AND REPORTING

We want to provide a forum for users to express and be themselves by providing a safe environment to do so. If you see inappropriate content or content that otherwise does not meet these guidelines, please report it immediately to [email protected]. 

IX. REVIEW AND SUSPENSION

Squire has the right to review all posted content, and temporarily or permanently remove reviews and/or users in violation of these guidelines, in Squire’s sole discretion.

X. LIABILITY/IMDEMNITY 

You assume responsibility for your content posted on the Squire Platform and indemnify Squire of any loss liability, lawsuits or claims with regards to misrepresentations, trade or copyright infringement, or any violation of these guidelines that leads to legal action against Squire.

XI. PHOTO AND VIDEO GUIDELINES

1. A. Use and Context.  We celebrate pride in their business, or users’ cuts and services received from Squire Platform Shops. In short we encourage you to show us what you’re working with, meaning your individual style or your place of business. Photos and video enhance your content; however, we want to make sure you are only using photos or videos that are in the context of the services you received and are photos or videos you own or have permission to use.

2. B. Respect the Right to Privacy.  Please respect the right to privacy of individuals who do not wish to be photographed even if they’re in the background. Please ensure they are not visibly identifiable. No photos of minors without the express permission of their parents or guardian.

3. C. Safe Environment.  The Squire Platform is a forum for many and is family friendly. Violently graphic or sexually explicit images are not allowed. Videos or photos that showcase drugs or drug paraphernalia and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
